From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

As another member also stated earlier, and I agree 100% with him, the wordings of Shane in reporting the issue doesn't open him up for any legal action IMO. The usage of the word CRIMINAL is with a question mark in the heading and with a "I believe" in the body. So, from a legal standpoint, that's stating a mere personal belief and doesn not amount to indulging in DEFAMATION.

Also, after Frank Schilling's tweets about Adam's debt owed to him, is this something still unclear?

It seems that the man who, while claiming himself to be extremely successful and making a $xxx,xxx income / month, is perhaps only a smalltime conman trying to extract investments out of new domainers and then reneging on services he is supposed to provide them.

This is certainly a CRIME in the USA and I can bet you a good domain that Adam will not dare sue Shane because in that case he himself will be subject to more scrutiny and more skeletons will likely emerge out of the closet.

I don't see any tweets from Frank? All I see is blog comments from a guy named Frank Schilling. Not sure if Shane has verified it or not, but still, like one member said earlier here, Frank shouldn't go for such a stunt considering Adam's and his own reputation.

Let's see where it all goes though. So far I am not amazed.

What I see is:

Shane need some serious professional help (and I say that with respect) as his attitude problem is increasing everyday. You can judge this from his comments here, short and less than 10 words with no value or information at all. He doesn't bother himself to even reply in details for the topic he actually started. It seems like he enjoys giving people a topic to argue about, and stay center of attention.

Adam has to come clean and smash all the hype away as created in that post. Also, if Adam is in some sort of financial crises, it's not something to judge him based on that. Bad times happens and it's good to keep it together.

For victims, I am still waiting to see few with solid case that is. If anyone has a verifiable statement on this topic, then why in the world they haven't showed up here yet when the thread has gone 15 pages long. Yes, I am questioning you Shane. Or is it something you would include in the next episode of Shane's blog post?

Not to go off topic here but if taking the Adam's case here and supposing he has deceived in any way, then I don't know how Shane would explain what he did to his fellow members here (when he was a part of Flippa, when he used to defend Flippa, when he convinced members here to list at Flippa, buy upgrades , etc. etc., and that Flippa actually works)??? We all know he still hasn't come clean about it.

Another thing, in Shane's Flippa thread, he says in his view earning a buck by deceiving members is the way he do "business" (I'm re-wording here, check Flippa thread to see his actual wordings please). So how come he has guts to bring out another fellow of the industry, accusing him of doing fraudulent business, without bringing any evidence and clarification? Isn't that the business as usual for you amigo?

Adam did not deliver on a 1.5k build he did for me, also lead gen software licence purchased from him failed to validate after two weeks.This has been over 1 year now and he has failed to live up to his promises.

A fair question indeed. But unfortunately that's not why Shane has gone far enough for this 'publicity stunt'.

I mentioned it in my earlier post, the situation (from Shane) could have been dealt with being more professional and ethical But I believe that's going to be a problem for Shane, as there will be no hype, no publicity, no long threads full of BS and entertainment for him.

I personally think Adam is a very nice guy as I have chatted with him several times via Skype and was part of the inner circle and worked on one of webcorp projects very briefly that I joined via facebook. I knew from the start that is was most likely going to be difficult due to who he had hired as directors were not experienced enough but I thought it was an opportunity and wanted to see where it would lead... (Lets leave that there!!!)

If you own thousands of domains it makes commercial sense to try and build more websites for goods and services or to monetize them and turn it into a business as even if it runs at a loss you can claim a lot back.

I think he has too many projects on the go and without the right team or employees in place to do a great job to satisfy promised expectations that will lead to dissatisfaction. Those who have been told that they can make a lot of money with a developed website and make thousands of dollars creates a great expectation which will lead to disappointment. Eventually like any business the owner will be held accountable.

I really hope this isn't another case like Toby Clements and that he has some good support around him as I would love to give him the benefit of the doubt.
