This is all very strange, I remember Adam was trying to sell those Planets.com Avatar.com etc... a few months back, even had paperback.com which went in auction very cheap.

He owns many domain names, and a portfolio that size, and deep is always getting inquiries, if I am not mistaken he had thousands of 4L.com which for whatever reason kept dropping.

I know he has said he has made 7 figure sales in the past, this story sounds alot like Toby Clements, if you take work, and you get paid well, just outsource another team to finish it, some serious allegations being thrown around here, but the domainsherpa chat seems to show that M C was shown some serious evidence to totally distance himself from this.

Really sad to see. No winners here

Just a passerby who'd like to share my experience with Adam Dicker.

Actually, there's not much cause when I tried to reach out through a networking platform to ask for domaining insights on my first or second month acquiring domains there wasn't any response (I just guessed he was really busy and left it there). Maybe that was the insight I was looking for. All I knew was that my message was seen.

Needless to say I felt it was just one of those things in life to put on a bucketlist of rejections which one may either cry or laugh about later on. Surprisingly, reading this thread it's a very neutral feeling, just hoping things get resolved for all folks involved.

Lastly, I'm grateful coming across the blog post cause I learned something new -- that Avatars.com and Planets.com are worth $75k as I like to keep updated with name pricing.
