This story starts with DNF; a barren wasteland that once was a leading forum within the domain industry. While the forum itself played a huge role in propagating the myth that is Adam Dicker, the story really begins with DNF College in the summer of 2011.

Updates / Reports
These are in no particular order.

From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

Why is his opinion or statement anymore important then anyone elses. That's a mistake making someone appear more important than yourself. Don't be the sheep be the shepard. You made yourself pretty much the big shane on the other page until rick spoke up now your voice in this matter is like you have been kicked in the nuts and high pitched. wtf

You all asked for someone to come forward. Mr. Schilling did just that.

I've been calling for somebody to publicly state that they are owed money by Adam Dicker, and the first person to actually do it is one of the industry's biggest names.

This coupled with the two domains put up as collateral for $75k in cash suggests that Dicker is having some serious problems.

I've verified the legitimacy of the comment. It's authentic. I'd put my reputation on that but it's worth less than mud most days. ;)

Yeah hes respected for sure. But give anyone a half a million or mill to spend and im sure they can flip the domain for a easy double. Does it make them more important because the ROI is much lower just had more money to play with to go for a more spotlight name?

This really has nothing to do with me and I hate to say this but I know several people I associate with in this industry that Adam Dicker owes money and has ripped off. I just wish they came forward, I know they are reading this post.

Get them on here then to tell their side of the story then. At the moment this thread is on the 9th page and we haven't heard from a single victim. It would make your argument much stronger.

Are you saying that none of these dozens of victims are willing to put their name to this? You are doing their fighting for them AND taking all of their liability? I just don't understand why.

And is overcharging for a digital product that much different from knocking a domain down to $120 which you admit you knew was worth at least $3000? (ITMagazine.com).

I mean, not everybody who has done business with you will be left feeling happy. I suspect that domainer personally regrets selling that domain. We'd all do it though, try and get it as cheap as possible.

If Adam Dicker has sold something and not supplied it he needs to refund the unhappy parties, that's a given, but at the moment none of these alleged scammed parties are presenting a public face. Its hearsay at the moment?

I remember some pages back @pokainc feels like that they have been a victim......

People were questioning the validity of Shane's claims that Dicker is having problems, in the absence of any 'victims', now there is a victim and its one of the most famous domainers.

I think Shane has played this game superbly actually, if he had that card up his sleeve.

It doesn't necessarily make Dicker a "criminal" of course, but it does suggest the pack of cards is collapsing and he's got himself in a right mess....

.... ball is in his court now.

Its not actually very nice to see somebody having financial issues, but if somebody is insolvent they need to know when to cut their losses and come clean, it is illegal to continue to trade if you can't meet your liabilities I think?

Bellone with the thread of the year? Credibility barometer showing swift improvements...

Just received a comment using Frank's name and email saying it wasn't him. The IP comes from Ontario, Canada.

Have fun, boys and girls.

EDIT:

You mean the genuine Frank Schilling posted the original message, then "somebody" from Canada pretending to be him tried to post a second message?

Sorry. Yes.

I contacted Frank via email to confirm the original comment was his.

Ford is waiting on 5 figures from me too. The terms tell the whole truth and position of buyer and seller though.

Less speculation, more facts IMO.
