Is a .mo.cn domain have any value?

I have been looking at registering some domains that focus on Macau China. Do you think the .mo.cn extension is any good?

Macau has its own TLD: .mo which might be more popular...

site:*.mo.cn
Results 1 - 10 of about 19,000 from *.mo.cn. (0.18 seconds)

Anyway I would consider .cn a high-risk extension. It's growing fast but I'm not sure how popular the subdomains are...
