Iraq's Missing Billions (A stroy about 40bn dollars) [VIDEO]

Hi folks,

Maybe you have heard and maybe not but here is the summary:
U.S. Federal Reserve sent appx. 40 billion dollars of cash to the Central Bank of Iraq. But somehow a few billion dollars has been stolen ... interesting isn't it?

When I say they have sent 40 billion of cash I really mean 40 billion dollars in paper money.

I have heard about it. The US could have printed an Iraqi
currency for Iraq; the US prints currency for many small nations that are not capable of printing their own. The US had to know that
vast sums of money would be stolen, it always is. I suspect
that some Americans wanted to use cash because it would enable
them to steal billions of dollars themself knowing that they
could always blame corrupt officials in Iraq.
