It is interesting @King, I checked off Risk Tolerance which I interpreted in opposite way from you, that being careful about risks is a strength. But I agree with your comment that those who do well do need a certain level of willingness to risk.

It is a very good list, but if I was adding to it It would be quantitative approaches. I think it is important to look at things quantitatively to make sound decisions in some cases. But that is probably a bias based on my work life trajectory.

Very glad that you included Continuous Learning and that it got so many votes.

Network with a lot of venture capitalists, Incubators, connecting with local state department of commerce may be? as they try to bring in and develop a lot of investments within the state(this is a stretch though).

None especially since Godaddy in my opinion scammed me by selling me a 2 letter idn com in their expired domains and then not letting me list it in their auction with the exact same exact spelling 2-3 years ago because their software default wouldn't allow it but somehow they could list it that way when they sold it to me. ^eu.com I'm on my phone so I can't put the ^ on the letter. I now hand register everything and my only patience as a investor is I'd rather lose money than get cents on a dollar being lowballed. $600 a year is my gambling money. Unfortunately I'm even worse at domains than Poker!

I'll be back on my computer today- I am having Spectrum install their stuff as ATT outage for 4 days with no end in sight has broken the camels back for me and the phone internet is slow when it works. Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately 3 years ago Godaddy wouldn't let you do that when you tried to sell an ID N and even worse they changed the Domain name for landing pages for IDN's.
