What I am outlining here is an opportunity to partner up with me with minimal costs and the ability to have a high return. I am requesting, investors in increments of $500, $1,000 and $1,500. My last project, I had a few players and it was sold within a month all together.
I have already rounded an outsourcing team that will take the website, completely do the redesigning of the site, logo and content. In this team, are people specialized in SEO, Backlinks and gearing towards the social media factor. We will be using a heavy duty marketing plan that will quickly ensure that the site will be successful and a solid investment to the next owners.
I have compiled a list of 15 potential buyers, after pitching the idea. They quoted what they may pay. The range is between $13,000- $26,750. I have ensure that whomever invests in this endeavor will be paid a handsome return. Anywhere between 15%-30%. It can go up more should we get to the point of negotiating.
The ROI is short term, I am looking to have this website completed and secured in the confidence of bringing a positive front to the internet. It will be completed within 10 days from that point, I’ll pitch the idea to the 15 potential pre-qualified. I anticipated based on past experiences, that a solid lead will turn into a cash buyer within 15-20 days of completion. Once the site is completed and sale finalized. You will receive 15%-30% of the sale price.
The risk is minimal.
