Intra Namcheap account transfers for discounts?

I have about 6 domains that are expiring that I want to renew. I also have two Namecheap accounts. Most of the best Namecheap discounts I can find apply new registrations and transfers.

Would it be a bad idea to keep transferring domains between my two Namecheap accounts to take advantage of these disscounts?

For example, I found on coupon.com it is $4.99 for Namecheap domain transfers. In addition Namecheap usually offers free Whois protection the first year. That is another savings of about $2.88 per Whois protection a year.

Don't think you can transfer between two accounts at the same registrar
