Intel Corporation sued Intelspec International in October for having a confusingly similar name. Intelspec lost the rights to use this domain, and now anybody can pick it up on GoDaddy.
I wouldn't touch this potential legal problem with a ten foot pole, but I do find it interesting it's so easily available and that Intel didn't take the domain themselves.
