Exactly, your tactics are borderline shill bidding. Also, if you don't proceed with the sale Sedo will probably ban your account.
Besides, .jp domains are hard to sell. The problem is that even if you get one bid, I don't think for a minute that you will get a second bid then a third etc. Minus the Sedo commission you will be left with small change. Simply put, you picked the wrong domains.

As far as I remember they allow you to add a reserve price when you push the domain to auction. But as sdsinc said, you may get your account closed.
Try to submit your domain at greatdomains, usually they accept creepy domains lol
