Hi everyone! I've recently been working on a new website called InsiderFinance.com, which publishes news articles about loans, credit cards, debt, insurance, investing, financial planning, and other personal finance related topics.

As of now, the site includes 19 unique news articles from the past month, as well as 38 short articles, which define a variety of personal finance terms. This content alone has significant value, and could most likely be repackaged and sold at quite a sizable price.

The site is set up with PHP (in WordPress), and all the news content is in a database. It has an excellent internal linking structure, keyword rich filenames, and the pages have already been optimized for search engines.

Another major advantage of InsiderFinance.com is that it is well optimized to turn traffic into revenue, and has pages that are optimized around several extremely high paying Adsense keywords.

Some of these keywords include "debt consolidation", "credit cards", "credit counseling", "life insurnce", and "home equity loans", which currently have maximum pay-per-click values of $6.35, $7.00, $7.50, $8.01, and $12.83, respectively (on Overture).

I have set up an include command for easy one-click addition of an Adsense code (or any other ad network code) to every page of the site.

In addition pay-per-click revenue, this site is an excellent vehicle for the promotion of AzoogleAds offers (some of which pay upwards of $30/lead). There are a number of AzoogleAds textlinks integrated into the descriptive definition articles, and if you set up your own AzoogleAds account, it would be fairly easy to replace my links with yours.

As of yet, InsiderFinance.com isn't getting much traffic, but it has been listed in Google, MSN, and Yahoo (with 42 backlinks). The site also has an RSS feed (http://www.insiderfinance.com/feed), which is listed in the NewsNow.co.uk news syndication service.

As you can probably see, InsiderFinance.com has a lot of future potential, and could be turned into a huge online finance portal. With the high keyword values and huge selection of CPA offers, a portal like this has the potential to generate enormously high eCPM numbers, and thus, very healthy revenues.

If you are looking for a pre-made content-based business to promote, then this is a truly excellent choice for you.

The entire package that I am selling includes...
*The domain name: InsiderFinance.com (11 months left before expiry)
*Fully designed template.
*Fully developed PHP website, with listings in Google, MSN, and Yahoo.
*RSS feed listed in NewsNow, and a variety of other high quality RSS feed syndication services.
*57 completely unique, well written articles about high paying personal finance related keywords.

I will give this entire package to the highest bidder, as of midnight Pacific Time on next Monday night (September 26). Bidding starts at just $25, with $5 minimum increments.

Good luck! :)

How easy is it to edit the azoogleads links etc?

Basically what I'm asking is how are the PHP pages built? A file including the header/footer with the article pasted in?

Would I have to edit each and every article page to replace adsense and azoogle code?

I would like to know that answer as well...

I will bid $30

My AzoogleAds member number (8021) is in an include tag, meaning that each URL looks like this: http://c.qckjmp.com/az/ch.php?f=122&i=<?php include("azoogle.php"); ?>. So you can change the number very easily. :)

All ad codes are includes, and are thus easy to replace with one click. :)

The news section of the site is made with WordPress, meaning that it's all just one page really, which pulls articles from a database, on demand. The rest of the pages are all seperate, but the header and footer, as well as the navigation and "channel" bars are all includes, and can be easily changed.

As you can see, it's a pretty versitile site, and very easy to modify.

I'm confident that I'll get a good price for the site, so no, there isn't a reserve/BIN of any kind. The highest bidder will get it, with no strings attached. ;)

Thanks for the bids everyone.

Just to let you all know, you don't necessarily need to be proficient in PHP to run this site, since all articles are added to the database via the user-friendly WordPress platform.

The PHP code is all pre-written by WordPress, and the includes are all very simple and easy to edit just like any other normal files. If the winning bidder has any trouble finding their way around the site, I am willing to provide them with support (within reason), until they get the hang of it.

So if you can't program in PHP, don't be afraid to bid. This is a very user-friendly, prebuilt site that you can easily edit, modify, and publish on without any technical difficulties whatsoever.

Just under two and a half days remain before the auction closes. Good luck to all. :D

You wrote all those articles?
Yes, all are 100% unique, well researched, and written by me. :)

How much weekly traffic?
Virtually none recurring. I usually get five or ten uniques whenever I publish a news article (due to indexed feeds, etc.). The more articles get published on the site, the more traffic it will recieve.

The reason I'm selling is that I have a number of other important content based projects that need attention, and I don't really have time to consistently write for and build traffic to this one. I figured that all the content I've written shouldn't go to waste though.

Whoever wins this auction will gain full rights to that content, and will be able to use it as a basis for building easily-monitized traffic. It's a very good bet that this kind of site will pay off big time when coupled with a good number of backlinks, and some promotional effort.
