domain .info and .Biz

Now, I know the value of these are quite low. I was bored and typing away 3 LETTER domains to see what came up.

Nothing, not a thing...appart from the likes of QZY.info / .biz

Which, I assume is TOTALLY worthless.

Anyhows, I then came accross EYR.info and .biz

So I did a google search. 115,000
OVT search came up with 33...so people are typing it in.

Then checked the UK dictionary : Eyr (âr), n. Air. [Obs.] Chaucer

So I reged them.

What are your thoughts, I mean, it cost me $18 which isnt a killer amount.

Google and OVT are telling you they got to be worth something. Is eyr.co.uk gone (I'm assuming so)?

I have EYR.us. I had also looked up that dictionary term but it is so obscure it probably won't be much help. With all of the good letter combos gone in biz info and us I picked it up because it is a decent acronym on its own. (also YR is its own abbreviation for Year). Value limited now of course but I think you can at least triple your reg fee investment within a year as the 3-letter inventory keeps dwindling down in the new extensions.

I don't really like it. It might get a few type-ins with .com or .co.uk, but probably not with biz and info. Maybe $20.

Reg. fee+/each/any ... at the present time. The three-letter .INFO's and .BIZ's are still new, and very generally ... trailing behind (in resale) the .US's, .NET's, and, of course, the .COM's. Patience is a virtue.
