It could take a few years before industries adopt and IOT becomes common. If you owned one what min offers would you consider now rather than wait a few years for IOT to firmly be integrated into everyday life?

Honestly? I think it has limited potential, because it is a very broad and generic term. Domain values should be evaluated in the context of the business advantage they give a company. Here, it's hard to see where the advantage would be. So, I would take any offer that gave me a profit on this domain and move on.
