How do you pay income tax for domain or online earnings? what is the difference in income tax between personel and company? suppose you have earned money through sedo,..etc but you resided in other country( not sedo's country) ,how do you pay income tax? how much percentage do we need to pay or do you pay income tax? explain about every thing about income tax (IT) for domain or online earnings.

This is a good article for starters: http://www.avivadirectory.com/domain-law/ (mostly applicable to USA, however it's a good read even if you reside elsewhere)

A lot of it depends both on where you live and how you're making money domaining -- some of my earnings in example my accountant recommended be taxed as capital gains, others as income.

I would recommend speaking with an accountant/tax lawyer about how it's best to proceed given your unique circumstances.

It is all defined if your are making "corporate gains" - If you are making corporate gains - pay the tax.


If not, then it does not apply.


The constitution clearly defines that any tax that is not apportioned is illegal.

The income tax is most certainly an unapportioned tax.
