Ok so I posted a wanted ad for Sedo income domains here

Someone asked what my budget was to which I replied between 75 and 100 days revenue. This model has worked for me and it seems to be the right amount when you factor in traffic deteroration, remove names, and general fraud.

No-one in their right mind would sell a domain for 75-100 days earnings....
If you want to buy a revenue domain, you are looking at a "minimum" of 3 years earnings.... thats 36 months.... far away from 75 days...

My question(s) are these. What do people here think is really a fair price for a revenue domain? Do any of you routinely buy revenue domains for 2 years or more worth?
