Do you visit or do you see (.ai) websites when you google for something? If the answer is no, and is most likely No, then here is your answer, they are crap which no body uses.
When I search anything on internet, I see only COM domains on the first place, rarely I see a NET or ORG.
Why everybody talks of (.ai) because the registry is manipulating domainers to go hand reg many such domains, even with fake sales.
If I want to use some AI I go to Chat GPT I even don't care what Meta, Google or others have, because those are clones like deep mind. I always give first place to the first guys!
P.s. the question you should ask is different "is AI a threat to humanity?" and the answer is yes, the AI was implemented very fast because there is a purpose, humans wake up too fast and they had to implement this weapon fast so that they can read faster this world of humans, you will know soon why all this problems get implemented, it all falls into one hole.
