In desperate need of inspiration (making new design to a site)

I'm managing a rather big magazines website and am in the progress of re-designing it.

One of my problems is the ads that HAS to be on the site (to survive). And the fact that the site has a lot of info to display. Kinda newspaperish... The design has to be in 3 columns with the 3. column beein dedicated to ads.

I'm not asking people to make suggestion-designs but share your links with me...

Where do you go to get inspired?

The places I usually go didn't do it for me this time...

Show me your stuff! (Oh.. Well.. Ok.. You know what I mean)

That's what I'm doing and have done in the past (like I wrote) but am at a dead end...

Do you have a link to your site so we can see it? I might be able to help with some ideas, but just reading what your site is like doesn't give me enough information to properly help.
