I'm new to this board and actually just starting to get back into a little web-design. I was re-designing my site today and came up with a nice little interface after taking a couple photos and editing and stuff.
Anyway, I would like to split this image up and make the text area scroll without the use of frames... I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this with java?
