* Were going to amend all domains that point to the forum to always resolve to "the forum" i.e. no redirect.

* Legacy and Premium. We dont really have any problem to sort out. All we have done is migrate the 1plus users and done a final update as to who gets legacy and who gets premium. Its actually quite a difficult task right now because we have literally had thousands of new registrations, lots of scam registrations and lots of legitimate ones. Trying to sift through the wheat from the chaff however is proving somewhat laborious. But sift we shall.

Just to make things perfectly clear for all the emails and PM's we get, if we cannot quantify who you are, where your domains were before or if you do not provide us with any information about yourself when you sign up, then theres no way in the world were gonna give you a premium account ..

On the flip side, If you get referred, have a nice or large portfolio, are a member of one of the forums with some history or can give us some solid information about yourself, then sure, we'll hook you up straight away.

I'm sure I don't need to go into it again as to why this is important.

Reference support, were just in the process of creating a support ticketing system to get things balanced. This will be with you shortly.

Why all my parked domains auto change from premium to legacy? How to turn it back? Or at least streamic page?

I got my first traffic report with imodo today. I just have a small confusion....
For a particular Domain the stats read as follows:

Uniques: 140
Views: 13
Clicks: 0

Whats the difference between uniques and views?

I am used to other parking companies simply giving views and clicks. Can someone please explain me what these stats mean exactly?

1 more thing....how do i get a premium account?

If you get clicks on your iMODO parked page where is the total income posted and where do you sign up to get paid on the iMODO website?

I'm a little confused about Uniques and Views myself - in some cases, I have more Uniques than Views, and I didn't think that was possible, unless what counts as a View is something different than what I thought.

I suspect "view" means "page views" or "ad impressions" (similar to Google AdSense), and "uniques" are "unique visitors".

Right, but if that's the case, shouldn't there be more views than uniques, instead of the other way around?

a -probably- silly question about the premium templates..... er, whats it cost? i somehow just cant seem to find the answer to this on the site.... is it a flat fee service per month or a higher percentage of click earnings withheld or something else? so far ive kept my domains on legacy, of course want to switch over to premium but need to know how and how much id be paying for it.... anyone know, as id rather get an answer here than add yet another unneeded email to ians inbox..... thanks, denver

Right, this is confirmed by the iMODO FAQ's too.

In essence, you're partnering with iMODO with you build your domain there. You bring the domain name, iMODO provides the content, hosting and ads, and splits the revenue with you.

hmm, ok thanks for the clarification... i somehow got the false impression then that the legacy templates were free, but the improved content premium templates cost something...... otherwise, why would anyone opt for the less sophisticated legacy template? ok, glad thats sorted! cheers, SP

wowsers... the premium templates are Gnarrrrrrrrrrrrley!! to say the least. very impressive improvement on the already swell legacy templates....

I have signed up for an account at Imodo and I can see Premium next to a few of my domains. However, when I go to the Build it screen, I see only Legacy in the dropdown.

Now, do i need to get my account upgraded to Premium or something to get the Premium templates? If yes then how do i go about getting myself a Premium account?
Please help...

same issue with mine domains, shows as Premium, but when try to change the template it's only showing LEGACY !, in post #421 their Rep. said, we have to provide some solid information about ourself!

Well, I am getting few errors, "can't open https://www.imodo.com/admin/customize.php" Operation Aborted

there are some other error messages too! seems like they still have to fix some bugs.

With premium account on IMODO, will we be able to set many "news keywords" as in old 1plus, or is the news content set by IMODO.

It is important as I found it useful in getting my domains on 1plus indexed and ranked by search engines. But I haven't found any place on Imodo where I can set keywords for news pages.

Something buggy is going on. I had mine running on premium templates for some time, but when I logged in a couple days ago they had all reverted. Worse yet, I can't change them from legacy to premium.

Looks like they did a platform wide addition or reset because domains I had deleted from my account were suddenly back in there.

Just logged on as you Roy, premium showing everywhere.. ??

There is a major stats update occurring atm, this should be working shortly. However ability to customize domains hasnt changed.

Hey Roy,
Same thing happened to me as well. Didn't take me long to delete them back out, I just set the "other" at the top and X'd them out.

On another note, my rev, even with the streamic templates is up. :tu:
