ArtfulWebSites said:For those of you who have an iMoDo account and have been approved/authorized for "Premium" mode, here is the procedure to convert from "Legacy" (1Plus mode) to "Premium" (iMoDo mode):
1. Go to iMoDo Domain Portfolio page
2. Click on a domain to highlight it
3. That domain info should now appear in the right column
4. At the lower right, click on "Park Domain" to expand it
5. Click on the "IMoDo" radio button
6. Click on the "Park It" button
7. Back to the main display of domains, click on the "Build It" link on the right on that domain's line
8. At the bottom of the "Domain Builder" page, in the "Template Type" drop-down, pick "Premium Templates"
9. Click the "Save changes" button
10. Select any other options yo want on that page
and click "Save changes"
11. Click on the "Custom Settings" tab at the top
12. Select any setting you want on the "Custom Settings" page and click "Save changes"
At least for now, there does not appear to be a bulk change function - you must do one at a time.
It will take awhile for the actual domain display to be updated and display in the new format. Remember, in North America, the domains will still appear with the temporary Steamic templates, until Yahoo approves their feed for that region.
If it does not allow you to see the "Premium" selections, then your account has not been authorized for "Premium" mode (iMoDo) - you have to contact 1Plus/iMoDo.
That should do it. I hope this helps.
Let us know if it works for you.
I also have 2 of the 6 domains I converted to iMoDo mode stuck as "OTHER" for some time now, even though the DNSs are indeed pointing to NS1.1PLUS.NET and NS2.1PLUS.NET.netmeg said:My 1Plus domain settings are in my imodo account now, but it shows ALL of the nameservers as being "other"; I moved some away some time ago, but I still have some domains using the 1plus servers. Doesn't seem to recognize that though.

Artful, i live in Italy and I still see your pages parked as steamic...
...and worse, and worse...thetruman said:l...
Anyway Artful checked all your site.. no one showing the nice Imodo ones...![]()

I even checked the "Scan" check box for those 2, but the iMoDo system shows the wrong DNS settings, and will STILL not find the correct DNS settings for those 2 domains! Yet the WhoIs at: http://www.iwhois.com/index.php?domain=casinowoman&tld=com&lookup=Lookup&clean=1 shows the correct DNS settings!
Yet MORE bugs for their programmers to squash!
I have reported this several times to 1Plus/iModo via email and this forum - no response, no action, and no change!
Thanks for catching that, kylehove, That was just a typo in the post (I corrected it). The DNS settings are, and were, actually correct (NS1... & NS2...).kylehove said:I had to put ns1.1plus.net and ns2.1plus.net for go daddy to accept the change... try dropping the "d"
Anyone know where we enter or edit our adwords code in IMODO besides the legacy templates?
kylehove said:Ok.. Thanks... I also was able to get one domain to convert to premium by adding a new domain with my defaults in the IMODO templates... however the page still displays a parked.com page until the dns is switched over... My 1plus.net still show as other with legacy templates.
Badger said:Hello all, im just back from a little trip abroad, Ive read some mail from our techs telling that all is coming along well...
Sorry to hear things are getting worse and worse and worse and worse, obviously if we werent spending our valuable time dealing with a ton of spam traffic that was eating up a load of resources, we could get this to market just that little bit quicker...
Allow me to elaborate further:
* At no point have we announced "its open, come on board" and im sorry for the few that have gone about posting that they've "given up" waiting, but for the others, allow me quantify it again, "its not open..yet..", we've never teased anyone, someone found the login link and posted it on the forum, but this wasn't us.
* We have said many times that were still migrating, fixing, finishing off etc etc but no matter how many times weve said this, some folks just don't get it and continue to post "its not working, wtf's going on messages"... Were not domain sponsor, we have grandious plans but were working with only a handful of techs and we dont have a magic wand. No promises have been made by us yet, so please hold off the unfair criticisms until theres something weve promised which we never delivered.
* Weve always said that were going to bring in users slowly, certainly not en masse and certainly not until we get our platform where we want it to be. The few who have premium accounts already we thought were the sort of folks who understood the platform was raw and would need extra time to iron all the little bugs out, maybe this was a little optimistic.
* When we do bring it to the main stream market we want to partner our users, we want to have professional relationships with professional people, we want to be as close to an open community where our users help with our direction as we can be. We don't want everyone in the domaining world parking their domains with us, we have no shareholders so our growth is intended to be steady, we'd rather do things right than grow beyond our ability and allow things to get out of control. Always improving, always listening, we want our platform to echo the philosophies of trust and openness which reverberates about here at Namepros.
None of this happens overnight. For those looking for an immediate fix to their parking earnings at iMODO will probably be disappointed. For those folks looking for transparency, honesty and business partner to help grow their portfolio earnings over the long term then they've probably come to the right place. If you imagine the iMODO launch to be stage 1, then we've many many further stages (some already in development) to come.
But please wait until we announce that our premium platform is open to applications.. Thx
Thanks for the update. I was concerned about a couple things but they have been resolved, my names have been migrated and I am getting a feel for the system. Been looking at the premium content and it is interesting what gets shown where and when.Badger said:* Weve always said that were going to bring in users slowly, certainly not en masse and certainly not until we get our platform where we want it to be.
