Image Site database - Need Help - Will Pay

I am starting a free image site that will have a searchable database for people to find images.
by category / tag, whatever. People won't be able to upload or anything, it is just to find royalty free images that I will be adding.

I want a system that makes it easy to me to add images, and also an easy way for site visitors to seach and find images.

Right now I am looking to PAY SOMEONE to install the Gallery 2 software: http://gallery.menalto.com/ on my website, not sure how long this would take someone, seems like there is a lot of steps.

have you considered using an image gallery script, such as coppermine?

i've had highly positive experiences with Menalto. however, there were always rumours about security bugs within coppermine.
