The seller does not want to accept Paypal or Credit Card however he's fine with me using a Escrow service, I'll just have to pay the escrow fee.

hire any escrow agent and process with them.

it's safe and easy to do.

I owned BTCplastic.com for the same reason.

but don't need to hold it for years. if you received fair offers just go with it.
