Greetings.




iLyrics.mobi is now live.


iLyrics is a song lyrics data base with youtube feed videos to accompany some of the songs on the Web version only.
The site is very large so give it time to load.

You can access the mobile version on the PC by clicking the Mobile button at the top of the site.

If you don't see an artist you like on the site please join up & submit the lyics and optional youtube video.
The sites alot of fun so Please enjoy it & Join the site.
Props to u8l2 for deveopment.


I had this name for awhile & always forget the song lyrics to songs so I said why not do that with it.

nice site..

i like that you have tackled the web and mobi compat issue...

dev.mobi only gives you a 2.2 but it seems to work fine in their emulator....

just curious if you have tweaked the site to get as high of a score on dev.mobi or if you decided to just ignore that aspect and just make the darned thing work..... i only mention this because i have not even begun to tackle getting a decent score with a dual format site such as yours and have instead retreated in fear only attempting to please the mobi gods....

Thanks David, That's odd , did get a 5/5 . I think it may be picking up the PC version because the site shows aces on mobile . I'll check it out thanks.

it actually showed very well on their "virtal" mobi device as well... i looked up a lyric and it paged over and was still mobi all the way....

again-- nice site..

i just have to get brave and build a few that are compatable both to the "mobi compliance" but also usable to the pc at home crowd... that way data can be input to my mobi sites by my users while they sit at home with a laptop.

Hi David,
Im the developer of ilyrics.mobi and ive checked ready.mobi for the error .. it is a bug with ready.mobi .. We dont have images 800 px and 500px wide anywhere. not in the code not even in images folder. im sure they will fix it shortly.

I've been tracking the requests since last week & announced on the site the Top 5 Faves requested by the users & members of iLyrics.

Coldplay won by a longshot with well over 500 requests for the song
Viva la Vita in 1 week alone on iLyrics.mobi
I refreshed the search Queries last night so it starts a new Most Requested Song Lyrics week on iLyrics
