Developed sites are worth between 12x to 24x of monthly revenue.
Unless the domain is hot, business.com went for 24x 'annual' revenue.
Not likely with tmeet.com

5000 members with 0 revenue might not be worth much.
But you'll probably get what you spent on it and then some.

Yes like mwzd said it is hard to appraise this without knowing all the statistics,includind revenue and growth rate.It is a nice site though.GL

I think it also depends, how many of those 5000 registered users are active, those that login atleast once in a month.
