About the domain though:
I'm not sure about the value, but if you mean by developed just installing a proxy script I don't think it will increase the value a lot. (unless you get a lot of traffic etc)

Ok, you asked for it, so you got it.

Breaking down MrsProxy.com - we have the main keyword and subject matter as "proxy". checking that keyword through namebio.com we find only 1 sales comparable:

ProxyPortal.com - $844 - 1/9/2007

This is a nice starting point considering the domain names and the frequency of proxy names. Based on this information and due to a lack of additional sales figures, it appears proxy domain names are barely breaking the boards. My guess is your domain undeveloped is worth just over reg fee. $10-15 if it sells.

Now, developed. Another good question. How much do proxy sites go for developed? I think the biggest problem your going to have is the abundance of proxy sites and the ease of creating one (with the scripts handedly available).

Im taking a guess, but I dont see more than low xxx on a developed proxy site, and I truely believe it has to be great quality to succeed in this market.

Developed always depends on what revenue you're getting. If you make low xxx revenue monthly, it's fair to say you'll sell it for more than low xxx.

Also, traffic is a big plus. Developing isnt enough without traffic+backlinks. THAT can make a huge difference in value, because sometimes people will buy the domain just to redirect its traffic.I like the sound of Mrs Proxy for some reason, so I think mid-lowxxx depending on how much SEO work you can put into it and raise its revenue (proxy sites are great for making some spare change)

I like it, I think Mrsproxy.com would make a nice toplist proxy site or an authority site about proxies, how they work and the best way to use them.
As for value? Udeveloped I would say low-mid $xx, developed low $xxx.

First time I read it, I confused it for MSpoxy, thinking MYSPACE Proxy..

I would value it at midXX or so undeveloped, and mid-highXXX developed..

Only becuase I think that the word PROXY in the domain lowers its value, as there are already thousands like that.

I don't see any undeveloped value, but proxies are pretty easy to get one going, and once you get traffic and revenue, you can sell it for much more.

Reg fee undeveloped. Potential for much more developed w/ traffic and revenue.
