If you could own a top GEO domain but the dot com was owned and run by the official government, what variation would you consider second best?

Suppose France.com was owed by the French gov't, then what would be next on your list keeping as generic as possible in the dot com: GoFrance, iFrance, eFrance, vFrance, myFrance, FranceInfo, etc... :?

France.info (if i had domainer head on and was thinking about most valuable and resale, France.net or VisitFrance.com) , but France.info is so perfect, it's why i love .info for Geo :sold:

Just a small point GodSavetheQueen is not a common expression in the UK - it is an official expression at public functions which mercifully are few and far between. Many people in the UK would like to see the back of the Queen and all who sail in her.

To get back on topic -
If you had the choice between VisitFrance.net and VisitFrance.tv which would you choose ? I like .tvs but logic tells me that .net is still more popular.

Given all the good variants, suffixes, prefixes, exts, etc... listed, a quick scan shows that there are plenty of names for someone to register today the start of a geo-empire of similar domains... not that I have any plans

The other day I registered GoCaymans,com... maybe someday I'll go there and take my portfolio with me :D, or maybe just go for a week's vacation -- either way, I love 'em and can't stop registering ones that stick out...
