If you could only pick one tool / site / software / etc that you pay a monthly fee or one-time fee for; to help you decide on the importance or value of a site for either parking or appraising what would it be and how does it assist you most?

If you don't pay for anything or don't believe anything out there is worth paying for; to help you in your domain'ing endeavors. What "free" tool or site do you use most in assisting you gather what you need to decide the same as the above?

I use Above.com. It puts all my parking revenues in one place and all in the same format. So it is easy to compare revenues between parking providers. It also optimizers between the parking providers in order to maximize my revenues. I can't leave (or stay at) home without it.

Hah I think I might be falling in love with Above.com too, just started using it a few weeks ago and it has lived up to all the hype I've read and more.
