As for the actual video, you have to remember that <most of Microsoft's products> and the iPod are targetted at different groups.

A business is unlikely to buy a piece of software packaged and marketed like the iPod, while the average iPod user isn't going to buy an mp3 player packaged and marketed as shown in the video.

Microsoft make quality products, without it the world be very different and not as technologically advanced as it is now.

If anyone deserves to be titled with crappy products its Apple. My self and a few of my mates had the battery problem with the IPod. They suck.
