Hi, I want to ask if we transfer our domain do we get an automatic 1 year renewal like many other registrar. I had just transferred one of my domain there and no extra 1 year renewal was added even though I paid a good amount for the transfer which equals the same price for 1 year renewal.
Thanks for any feedback.

Yes, I have not heard of any registrar where you pay to have a domain transfered to them and you do not also get an additional year added.

If you are sure you have not gotten the extra time (check in your control panel or use THEIR whois to check) then I would contact them and see why it has not been updated. if that does not take care of the problem, please let us know about it?

iDotz.Net makes it easy

I found this on their site:
iDotz.Net makes it easy for you to switch your domain name to us. When you switch we'll
automatically extend the registration term of your domain name for one additional year.**

and

** Transfer renewal restrictions: The renewal year will be lost if: the domain name was renewed during the forty-five (45) day grace period after the expiration date had passed; and forty-five (45) days have not yet passed since that expiration date.
So if your domain is going to expire on the 6th, you should have received an additional one year with the transfer. I would give them a call on Monday or Tuesday if you don't hear from them
