hi guys, i have an idea for this name, its going to be a ufo observation reports site with an active forum and the ability to post your own ( or not ) video about ufo encuanters.

it has great potential but i dont know shi@ about developing a web site so anyone who can help me is welcome.

there are lots of programs and companies out now that have website developing software thats pretty easy to use. Adobes dreamweaver is pretty good and 1and1.com a web hosting company has templates for web building, but only if you sign up with them
