I'd trade all my domains+sites for the right domain. (1 word / type-in traffic)

I'd like to get ahold of a really nice domain that's receiving type-in traffic. I've got over 30 domains, including some one word domains: scammed.us/stoners.info/pharmacy.sc and other good ones, like RateXXXPictures.com. You'd also get developed forums (like the one in my sig, less than 2 weeks old with already 161 members). I've also got $300 worth of forum posting from webmasterlabor.com on the way for the forums in my sig, as well as another set of forums I run (the idea is unique, i'd rather not post a link).

I've got a dayjob now that keeps me very busy, I don't want 30+ domains. I want one really good domain that gets type-in traffic that I don't really need to worry about promoting. I'm open to all ideas.
