This is confusing at best, it may just be that it is 4am but I didn't understand a word of it :p

I’ve got the official line from ICANN β€” it’s possible that the final Applicant Guidebook for new top-level domain applications could be approved as early as December.
[my highlighting]

There are still some very serious issues with the current Draft Applicant Guide Book, and areas that need substantial work if ICANN is not going to seriously disadvantage innocent third parties.

ICANN will be ordered by the United States Courts to require that no expiration date be included in a whois look-up and that whois data be required to accurately identify the owners.

The sky is falling and ICANN gets to be told by United States courts that the FCC will now be regulating the Internet just like they have been supposed to be doing since 1934.

Yes! The Internet is nothing except the new name for WIRE COMMUNICATIONS.

1746 was roughly when the Internet was first used.

At this early stage it never usually broadcast PORN but the laws anticipated it very well. Read the communications Act of 1934 and you will see the Internet described better on page 8 than on page 90. Few Supreme Court Justices are senile enough to not recognize it there already.

We will soon get to see.

Brad... I always thought you were an old timer

Al Gore was not even born until 1948, I don't know how he could have invented the internet in 1934. LOL

The net was formed around 1989 or so, I was told. The belief that it was invented before Elvis is silly lol
