IamTQ.com - web development - thousands uniques/month

After almost a year of running, i simply don't have enough time to run my current web development company along with university study.

The site receives thousands of uniques per month, and has a neat portfolio. Instead of just ending the company, i was hoping of passing it on to someone else, included, is the domain name, web hosting with Globat, for a year.

Also included is http://www.iamtq.com/pd , which is a template store im developing, which uses an affiliate with mytemplatestore.com

Most people attract offers by saying theres a lot of potential to make a earner on the site, well in this case, this site is already developed and making money. I've spent a lot of money on advertising the site, and it is receiving the hits to show, most hits are from potential customers and are directed traffic towards sales.

With a little more care and effort, this site or company could go from doing well to doing fantastic.
