After having used Epik for a few months now I have to say I am very impressed. That said I think there are some opportunities that would make it any better. So I thought I'd share my wish list for Epik features and if you have any feedback on these ideas or even ideas of your own please feel free to share. Perhaps @Rob Monster may even choose to implement some of the ideas discussed here. Well, I could dream at least.
1. U2F two factor authentication. I know I have mentioned this elsewhere when 2FA comes up but I am a really big fan of hardware security keys as an equally/better 2FA method than an authenticatior code and easier and more convenient to use.
2. Applying date ranges to the performance tab. It would be nice to be able to apply a specific date range to the data in the performance tab. It would be nice for comparing domains to each other for a given snapshot in time, whereas now it only shows data for all time, which isn't good for comparison purposes when you got two domains where one has data for a longer period of time than another.
3. Applying domain profiles after the fact. I really like the convenience of domain profiles for changing several aspects of a domain at once but right now this can only be done when transferring in or registering a new name (unless I'm missing something). I would liek the ability to apply a different domain profile to a domain in my account after the fact to in a few clicks change various aspects of a domain all at once. (Also as a side note I noticed with domain profiles the lowest minimum offer for the Epik marketplace that can be set is $10, but outside of that no minimum "$0" can be set)
4. Add a filtering option to filter by domain profile (or allow the option to add/remove tags using domain profiles, as a workaround so I could then filter by a tag that is specific to a profile).
5. Afternic/Sedo Opt-in from the dashboard. I recently had an issue with receiving alot of the automated emails from Epik (but other emails including support tickets came though just fine). It has since been resolved, though honestly idk how. But I missed some Afternic opt in emails. It would have been nice to finish the opt in process directly from the Epik dashboard without needing the email. .
6. Expand the API. As someone with development experience I love the idea of an API that has full feature parity with the dashboard.
7. An Epik mobile app (or perhaps by implementing #6 an open source app could be created by the community, at least for Android).
Sorry if this seems like an excessive list. Really I am quite happy with Epik as a whole and these represent relativity minor things IMO. But I wanted to share these publicly because I think it would be interesting to see if any other NP members would like any of these same things or to see whatelse other members would want.
