I was robbed by Netfirms.com

I had finding for cheap domain registrar and found Netfirms.com, there is just $4.95 per a domain.
So I have to register one with them and paid with credit card
and in a few days later they had canceled my domain and deleted my account.
Thay informed me that I was so late to confirm an domain order then they canceled my domain and will refund my money.
but til this day, I have never get any money refunded from them.

Your order voided on November 10, 2006. The charge you see is a pending charge/pre-authorized charge. This will in turn drop the pre-authorized charge from your credit card and put the funds back like a refund within 2 - 4 business days.

But don't be serious, it's just $4.95. They robbed me for fun and you can robbed by them too,

Also how many days have passed by from the date you received the Refund Notice?

I believe they have it in their TOS, and you should have received an email that you have to confirm the order by calling them on phone, or sending them some information in email within x days. I never had personally any problem with them.

I have never heard of netfirms doing something like this. Netfirms is a highly respectable company and has a create claim record.

When did this happen. It can take up to a week for money to refunded to a credit card.

The real question is how long has it been. Refunds often times can take upto 7-10 days.......

This comming from godaddy billing experience!
