I have a domain about health-related. The domain contains the word cancer. The site has root domain links from CNN, Nytime, Forbes, Techcrunch, Mashable, and many top-tier sites. What is the best platform I can Use?

If it is registered at Dynadot, use their platform as the commission is reasonable and you can work the lead yourself. There is the ability to write a sales pitch.

You can use the Godaddy checkout link process for a low commission but they offer no way to add sales pitch.

Dan allows you to camel case as desired as well a write your own sales pitch.

If you want to park and try to make a little pocket change in the interim, use ParkingCrew or Bodis and have a banner link that will take potential buyers to a contact form.
