Hi everybody,
What would be the best way in your opinon to get into .tv's?

I know the price is aroun $29.99 is there anywhere to get it cheaper? Im very poor lol.

Whats best to start off with? Are generics all gone?

I am a total newbie with .tv I dont even own one yet, so how should i start?

Thank you very much

Save yourself a heap of cash by byuing good names on the aftermarket. If you are not sure how to go about finding great names or even what constitutes a good name to register, then look for a few names and make a few offers in the high $XX range to low $XXX range. You will find a plethora of names in this range on the aftermarket that will turn a decent profit in a years time. :)

That is my opinion if you are strictly looking to make a profit. If you are looking for the thrill of gambling then go with the hand registrations.

Just watch the available domain thread, its your best bet for hand regs.

Best of luck,
Marlowe

I would go with Domainacrobats advice & save up to buy a decent aftermarket .tv, there are plenty around and it will work out better than reggin 4,5 bad hand regs.

I'd suggest focusing on developing then non-.tv domains you already have, make some cash and then think about getting into .tv

The likelihood is that any .tv you buy will need to be developed to be worth anything, or be a premium which will cost you some cash to start with- which you would probably then choose to develop to justify your costs. .tv is not an extension for quick and/or frequent 'flipping'.

That said, the cheapest way to get started is to have a look in the .tv sales forum for some cheap bargains- but these are normally close to renewal.

Yes, I agree that would be the best idea.

Thank you everyone!
