A few months ago I sold GVTA.COM for $5000
I accidentally opened this domain name today,
Turns out it was purchased by the terminal,
Is the price low or high?

i thought Only pronounceable 4L sell $x,xxx

Crazy thought right? Almost like bias.

It’s why i love LLLL.com. As @Sutruk mentioned, this one happened be acronym.

It’s luck of draw eventually your “acronym” could be next. Invest in 4L.com today! 4L market seems to be going lower & lower.

Honestly, i think if he waited until now,
he would have gotten a lower price, simply based on the 4L.com market; “random” LLLL less today than month ago, imo,

Definately not the case, lots of acronyms like this sell for really good prices, I remember mgtv.com sold for $130,000 a few years back and some others below, you can really lucky and just have the right acronym thats\ a company wants

etfs.com $90,000
evgo.com $75,000
mitv.com $75,000
btcc.com $58,000
msig.com $55,000
isdb.com $53,000
aifx.com $50,000
ntwk.com $50,000
and plenty more on namebio

How is this pronounceable?

Thanks for sharing!!

Samer

I don't know,
You can go to their website and look at it,
I sold it on SEDO,
When the buyer first offered $100,
The final price was $5,000

It looks that it's used as an acronym of GrapeVineTAlent.com, or GrapeVine Talent Acquisition.

You are happy. Buyer happy. Happy deal. Enjoy the deal and let's move forward. All decent names does eventually going to enduser sooner or later. This was one of the odd name. You got great price. Be happy about it.

Thanks

Tips: Check your random 4 letter dot com names before you put it on sale for a throw away price. Check the names in the Google because your domain name may represent any company names abbreviation, thereby you will get a jackpot for your name.
Nice tip @Haroon Basha I believe every 3 letters i.e. LLL worth minimum $50k and LLLL.com minimum $5k.
It's just that sometimes we have to wait very long to sell a domain directly to end-user at such price.

I find people spending lots on quad prems (chinese & western) just because of the fact they have a high probability of turning out to be an acronym for a company name, even though they aren't pronounceable. So I think, there's a good market for it :)

Cheers

I meant the common ones; (

Read @equity78.many 2020 many sold <$100

and i wouldnt pay $100 for this!

Maybe was wrong to connect two
random” and “prem” LLLL sales prev month.
If the former seems like it’s going down (@equity78 article) doesnt mean “prem” 4L market suffer. Remind me how a CCCV is worth $x,xxx again? That’s right. Acronym!

Worse, isnt “V” (the letter “v” not vowel) bad?
Along with “J” and “Q” i believe.

This is totally incorrect, you need to check the full stats, don't look at 3 or 4 low LLLL sales and thinks that a reflection of the market. The price of LLLL is good and will only increase. There are lots of good sales happening all the time, not all are reported to namebio or DNJ and I see a lot of private sales (x,xxx up to xx,xxx) as well in a few whatsapp groups Im in.

Because I personally like this domain name,
So you're going to charge more for this domain name,
Terminals sometimes don't buy good domain names,
People have different opinions.
So this is an example,
Look at your domain name,
Maybe the next $5,000 is in your domain name

It is wrong to say that 4 letter dot com names prices are going lower and lower. No, the actual sales figures show different story. They are always in demand will remain so in future too.

YES,
Chinese people normally take the first letter of pinyin,
Foreigners normally take the first line of a word,
4L.COM has plenty of room for imagination

This is the perfect example. I agree with you.
This niche is so versatile & short four letters

I’m personally going to charge $5,000 for all my aconym LLLL.com’s now. great price ; ))

Thanks for Sharing. $5000 sale is reasonable compared to order four letters GV related domain sales some of which are in that price range and GVIP which sold for $88,000.00.

I’ve got GVCO dot com
GVIW dot com
GVYI dot com

I paid over 10 times the amount of GVIW for GVCO
Many congrats for the sale.
thanks GVIP is good
I think G+VIP
