When I made my very first purchase with GoDaddy a little while back I received a phone call the next day on my cell phone congratulating me on my purchase. At first I thought it was a joke but after I thought about it more I was like...wow a very prominent business just called me to say thank you for my $9.20 purchase. Now that is excellent customer service IMO and that is probably why they are on the top of the domain registrar world.

Did you receive the same treatment? Your thoughts?

You know... THAT would be a brilliant marketing campaign! Register a name and get a free 'thank you' call from the SuperBowl chic. Wow, they'd sell a million rewgistrations in a hurry.

It was a guy who called but either way if it was the girl I would have to turn them both down because I am a straight one women man

I did like the thought of getting domain names free or very very cheap though...j/k :hehe:

I never ever received calls from GD, but maybe he registered "PleaseCallMeBack.com" so they had to call

to me the first thing in domaining and hosting is available customer service. And sometimes i need info from them like right now. And to me the only place where i can get it is Srlnet. Yes they more expencive. But better pay a little more and be sure, that all of your problems will be resolved instantly, and all of you questions will be answered. They are definetly first in my book.
