Is it illegal to Buy Expired Domain Names that contains a Name of Company ?

I think they forget to renew the hosting...

Is it a good deal or I will face problems after ?

what do you mean by "contains"? Is it just the company name or company name & keyword (company name + review for example)

The reason why they expired, is most probably the fact that somone thought it would pay off.

Actually I found two domain names.
The first one contains generic keyword (Cityname + Generic Keyword + Company activity) If you combine all of this words it gives you the real domain name of the company.

The second one contains also generic keyword (Generic Keyword + Generic Keyword) If you combine all of this words it gives you the real domain name of the company.

The domain name is the same name of the company.

I’m looking to make money not for serious problems so I will avoid them.

There are millions of Company names and they may or may not be trademarks for certain goods/services. this question cannot be answered without knowing the domain.
