I need your advice about search engines method

SIR,
I,want to know that what kind of criteria google adopt to show his first 20 or 40 result when a perticular word is typed in its seach box. for exp if I have a website named "TEENS.COM" and I have placed it in google engine . Later a person go to the google and type word "TEENS" in search box .Then
my question is wether my website "teen.com" would appear google's 1st
or 2nd result pages or I have to pay some amount to google for this.

you can pay to have your website put to the top, as a sponsored result, use adwords for that, or if you want to get to the top another way, you should get your PR increased, you will need to use seo techniques to do this, try getting many links from high traffic sites, this should help

Just trying getting your links in as many places as possible to get high PR and teens.com is a pretty nice keyword name.
