I need:

One of those pictures to replace the image at the top of www.falzoneusa.com (currently the green image). I'd like it to be the same width and height so I can just drop it in. You can style it as needed to make it look good.

The rest of the images, please resize to a decent size (400 width) so that I can display them on that page on the "pictures" page.

Please make offers on this job. I need this done today if possible. More of these requests will be coming in the next few days.
