I need someone to make this form work:

I know PHP, but I don't have time to do it. The form should do error checking (you can do that with javascript or with PHP if you prefer). It should POST to a PHP script which takes all the fields, makes sure all the fields are there, handles the three file uploads, and shoots off an email using the PHP mail() function (you can also use another method as you wish, but it should be portable).
This seems simple to do. Prewritten scripts are not an option as this MUST integrate with their form and layout. If you post, and if there is an error, it should maintain all existing values. Upon submission, it should bring them to a page called "done.html".
Please make offers of price. I need this done ASAP.
