I need help

Ok so basicly I have an idea for a film. I even wrote down the story and am half way finished. The thing I need help with is I really want to turn this story into a movie. I do not have the actors, studio, lighting, camera, etc to film this movie, so the next best option is to draw it right? So anyways Im not a very good drawer, so where can I find a good drawer thats willing to help in making this film with me
