HI friends. I have a buyer for one of my portfolios, but I have never sell somewhere else but in SEDO. Is there another secure way (the one that can guarantee my money) for selling domains? I mean for less than 10% fee (because SEDO takes 10%)

Thank you in advance :)

you can't back out now, if prospect buyer saw your domain for sale on sedo you have to continue with the transaction until completed.

Yeah no choice unless the buyer choose to contact u or else you wont have the interested buyer's details at all.just push price higher to cover sedo fees.

If it's a high-amount sale, I would use Escrow.com

If you're used to Sedo and happy with how they do transactions you may use Sedo Domain Escrow for outside transactions (3% fee):

You need to push price higher to cover sedo fees ( or ask buyer pay the fee)

Thank you for the advice. But There is written: "Please be advised that if the transaction is not conducted through Sedo but the domain is listed for sale on the Sedo marketplace the transaction fee is still 10%."

My domains are now parked on SEDO. If I delete them from sedo and than ask them to manage the deal for 3% will they agree?

Thank you in advance

You don't have to delete them from Sedo. Log in to your account. Go to "Domain Management", choose "Sales overview", select the domain(s) and then set "List for sale" = No. Remember to save your marked changes.

To be sure you may very well ask them to confirm their 3% fee.

If you are dealing with the buyer through personal communication, than Escrow.com is the best and safe option for both buyer and seller :)

I would use sedo as suggested by Central. Sedo does a proper job of escrow and only exchanges domains and money when they are in control of both. For a 3% fee this is an excellent and super safe service.
