well u have to often think which serious business company would develop their website on a cctld not pertaining to their own country, and another countries geo name at that.

sharjah.in can be good for an employment website, but the scope of business in too particular therefore too narrow. A recruitment company only recruiting to sharjah from India is not a common thing, its too particular.

But on the face value a nice novelty name.
