Established I have two established San Jose California local directory portalsFor Sale

I've had both of these for a while. I paid about $800 each for them and now want to sell them because I moved away from San Jose about two years ago and will not be moving back. I had planned to realy get involved with these and making money in the lucrative offline gold niche, but won't be now.

Here's the two sites and some comments:

Unique setup. A premium listing gets a two page listing/website where they can post information, photos, videos, coupon maker etc...
Good domain also. The dot com is one of the top directories in San Jose currently.

Both sites currently rank on the first page of Google for the search term San Jose Directory
