domain I have this .co.uk domain

I have mortgage-seller.co.uk in my posession, I haven't developed it. How much do you think it would be worth as it is, and how much if I developed it?

I also currently have food-retailer.com, also undeveloped.

Those are both good names, except for the "-" and the .co.uk is not the strongest extension , but i don't think that will hurt these too much. Pretty good, descriptive names.Each is probably worth high $xxx or higher.

I would disagree with kemjika11, .co.uk is one of the strongest ccTLD's up there with .de , and well up there on global scale. The USD$ situation means lots of USA money is flowing into .uk / .de which is increasing sales.

mortgageseller.co.uk is going to expire so it could be worth getting that to complete the set.
