Rick hasn't been able to sell 99.94% of his portfolio. Not because of lack of interest, but because offers not matching his price range.
If such an early adopter, with such quality portfolio has had such a loong waiting game, how can the OP say domaining is not a waiting game?
Even if you have the highest ever quality names, you may have to wait years.
