I can't find url forwarding link at my Namecheap.com a/c

i want to forward couple of names to another site by url forwarding and not by name server setup
but i cant find url forwarding link at my namecheap.com a/c
plz help

you have to click "transfer dns back to us" in order for you to see the option..
